We quote dimensions in the industry-standard order width × gusset × length. Width is measured across the face, gusset is the side depth with the bag fully opened, and length is the height from the base to the top lip. Two practical points decide whether a bag works in service: the gusset must clear the widest part of the packed item, and the handle anchor must sit below a stiffened top edge so the bag keeps its shape when loaded.
For tall contents, internal height matters more than the outside measurement. A bottle standing roughly 30–33 cm needs a stated bag height in the region of 30–35 cm to carry comfortably, and tapered or trapezoidal bags lose a small amount of internal height at the corners, which affects items with wide bases or square shoulders.
At pre-press we confirm artwork dimensions, bleed, colour mode, resolution, die-cut requirements and printing feasibility together, so a design that reads well on screen is checked against the actual paper, lamination and handle positions before plates are made.

Inspection runs at seven points across the order: incoming material, printing, in-process production, finishing, final product, packing and pre-shipment. Appearance, dimensions, printing accuracy, structure, finishing, quantity and packaging are checked against the approved sample and specification.
